As a QA Engineer/SDET at Broadridge, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 2-4+ years of experience in the field. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and running test cases using Java or Selenium. - Working with test processes, methodologies, tools, and technology in a Unix environment. - Performing functional and UI testing, along with quality reporting. - Collaborating with the development team to understand software features and technical implementations. - Developing utilities using Java, Python, or any scripting languages. - Ensuring adherence to the best testing practices and developing quality assurance standards. - Having a strong understanding of STLC and working experience in AGILE practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Hands-on experience with Java or Selenium. - Knowledge of software engineering practices and agile approaches. - Proficiency in CI/CD integration and pipeline development using tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar. - Experience in Gherkin (BDD/TDD) using Cucumber/Jbehave. - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ALM, Xray, or any relevant Test management tool. - Proficiency in UI automation (Serenity/Selenium, Robot, Watir).
