Handle inbound calls with professionalism, addressing queries and providing accurate information. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments. Maintain patient data, update call logs, and track inquiries in CRM/software. Follow up with leads from social media, online campaigns, and walk-in inquiries. Provide information on pricing, treatment options, and ongoing offers (without medical commitments). Build patient confidence by ensuring polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion and appointment bookings.
