Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline Management: Utilize various channels such as online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach programs to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct in-person interviews. Onboarding: Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices for blue-collar workers. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the HR team to achieve recruitment goals.
