Job Responsibilities Must have hands-on experience in industrial projects such as: Minerals & Metals Ports Power Plants Food Industries Manufacturing Plants Should possess thorough knowledge of industry/international standards and interpret their application effectively: CPCB, ACGIH, ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NBC, NFPA, OSHA ARI, AMCA, SMACNA, ECBC, IS, IGCC, etc. Other relevant standards for duct control and HVAC system design Responsible for all engineering activities related to: Dust Control Systems (extraction & suppression) Selection of appropriate systems Concept development Finalization of engineering deliverables HVAC Systems System selection Concept development Finalization of engineering deliverables Perform design calculations manually or using software tools for: Dust control systems HVAC systems Prepare Concept to Detailed Design Engineering deliverables under senior engineer guidance: Design basis documents Calculations and datasheets Technical specifications Bid documents and supporting data Review vendor drawings and coordinate with vendors to finalize design (under senior engineer guidance) Evaluate technical bids and prepare bid analysis reports with recommendations (under senior engineer guidance) Collect as-built data from the site and update final design drawings accordingly Willingness to travel to project sites for: Technical discussions Data collection Supervision during execution Handover activities Willingness to travel for equipment inspections at vendor locations as required

Job Description: Analyzing project scope and aligning internal stakeholders Finalizing Document list for respective projects Identification of requirement for external support for special services Managing Client Tender support Client office visits and Project site visits Resource planning Checking and finalizing design basis / design report. Checking and finalizing design calculations and mass (thermal & water & material) balance diagram. Checking and finalizing basic engineering deliverables (PFD, PID, GA, etc.,). Checking and finalizing technical specifications, and technical / equipment data sheets. Preparation of system sequence of operation, control philosophy, interlock narratives, etc. Sizing and Selection of process / technology equipment as per project requirement. Preparation of system safety and HAZOP related design documents. Preparation of trade off studies. Ability to work on process simulation & analysis software like Pipe-net, CEASAR, Ansys, Hysys, etc. Ability to work on Energy related simulation and analysis software. Ability to work on HVAC related simulation and analysis software. Ability to work on Auto-CAD and Office software. Ensuring quality deliverables with international standards Internal alignment meeting High level of communication and excellent writing skills. Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors. Responsible for department deliverables in-line with international engineering standards and Project schedule. Responsible for project delivery w.r.t department Ability to manage the project in front and Ability to act as single point contact.
