Specialized Styling & Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of different lehenga styles, fabrics, embellishments, and current fashion trends. Provide expert, personalized styling advice, suggest complementary accessories, and help with fitting to ensure the customer looks and feels their best. Sales & Negotiation: Guide customers through the selection process, present the features and benefits of specific garments, and use persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and achieve individual or store targets. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the lehengas are properly displayed, organized, and visually appealing on the sales floor and in displays to attract customer interest. This helps maintain an inviting and aspirational store environment. Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, ensure all items are correctly priced and tagged, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies to management. Transaction Processing: Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash and credit card payments, returns, and exchanges. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty through excellent post-sale follow-ups and service. Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues when needed and communicating customer feedback and product insights to the store manager to help improve offerings and operations.
