Role & responsibilities Conduct induction training for all the new workers and staff. Ensuring of daily toolbox talk in site before commencement of work. Inspection of Worksite and implementation of work permit system. Finding unsafe act/condition and follow up for comply the same through site inspection and daily observation. Coordination for Work Permits Inspection of safety aspects as described in work procedures. Identifying hazard in the working area. Preventing workplace safety hazards by following routine inspections. Establish and monitor weekly safety talks and monthly safety meeting for risk assessment. Conduct risk assessments, safety meetings and incident investigations. Control of vehicles movements at site including cranes, shovels, trailers etc. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issue or non-conformity Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy Prepare safety Audit Record and investigate incidents to determine causes Prepare reports on incident occurrences and provide statistical information to management. Preferred candidate profile Diploma - in Safety /Fire and Safety Work Experience of 2- 3 years Certifications: NEBOSH/ IOSH/ NFSC or any other recognized institutions
