Manage the employee relations constantly, avoid misunderstanding between the employees > Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting > Employee relations; Policy development ; documentation > Prepare and maintain employee records and personal policies > Deal with performance issues & Ensure high performance from the employees > Manage employee payroll, benefits and compensation > Ensure equal opportunities to all employees > Ensure that human resources practices confirm to various regulations ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE MAINTENANCE > Maintaining and Updating Daily / Monthly Attendance > Maintains File copy of Attendance > Maintaining and updating Daily / Monthly Leaves & keeping a proper track of the leaves for the future references > Maintains office copy of FORM - H (Soft copy as well as Hard Copy) PAYROLL > Preparing and verifying on Payroll > Preparing / maintaining and updating pay slips > Maintaining all file copy of salary sheet > Issuing Signature from employee's - salary sheet (payslip) > Maintain and update Salary Register > Mailing and update EPF, PT & ESI EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT or TEAM ACTIVITIES > To conduct indoor games weekly once to all the employees > Discuss with Higher Management & plan for the yearly outing > To conduct few main festival celebrations at office > To plan for Employees birthday celebrations
