Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Coal VRM Operator located in Meghalaya. The Coal VRM Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the vertical roller mill for coal grinding. Daily tasks include ensuring optimal coal grinding efficiency, maintaining equipment, conducting safety checks, and adhering to operational protocols. The operator will also be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the mill. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and monitoring vertical roller mills and related machinery Ability to conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a cement plant Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Experience in a similar role in the cement industry is a plus A diploma or degree in Production/Process.
