Role & responsibilities: Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring optimal workflow and minimal downtime. Material & Resource Management: Coordinate procurement and inventory of sheet metal materials, ensuring timely availability. Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes. Quality Control & Compliance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to streamline operations. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . 4+ years of experience in production planning and control within the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Expertise in sheet metal fabrication processes . Proficiency in production planning software, ERP tools, and CAD software . Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Role & responsibilities: Job description Material Planning & Control (MPC) : Plan and monitor raw materials, semi-finished, and packaging material requirements. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials. Track inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Production Planning & Control (PPC) : Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and customer demand. Create detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans in alignment with capacity and resource availability. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
