Job Purpose: To support and lead international marketing efforts for the company’s automotive rubber products, ensuring business growth in global markets by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Relationship Management Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (Europe, USA) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand demand trends and positioning. Handling RFQs from international clients and converting leads into business. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings globally or virtually. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and channel partners. Act as the point of contact for international customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, order status, and after-sales support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by timely communication and support. Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and quotations in line with company policies and market trends. Coordinate with logistics for export documentation, LC, and international payment follow-ups. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and customization requests. Provide regular market feedback to product development teams. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical / Polymer / Rubber Technology) + MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred) Experience: 4–7 years of experience in international marketing or export sales, preferably in the automotive rubber components industry (e.g., rubber seals, gaskets, hoses, mounts, etc.) Industry Exposure: Strong understanding of international business practices in automotive or rubber product manufacturing. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English a must) Strong understanding of export documentation and Incoterms Good negotiation and presentation skills Familiarity with global automotive standards (TS 16949 / IATF preferred) Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in international business revenue New customer acquisition in target markets Customer satisfaction and retention Timely and accurate response to client inquiries and quotations Market intelligence reports and competitor benchmarking
