Meeting & Event Supervisor

As the Meeting & Event Supervisor (MES) at Bellora, your main responsibility is to ensure a high-quality delivery of meeting and event bookings, aiming to exceed guests" expectations and achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to contribute to development, feedback, and upselling to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Development and quality control: Maintain the highest service levels in both service and F&B, continuously striving for improvement. - Guest satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction alongside MEM and take prompt action to uphold high standards. - Daily operations: Manage the daily work on the M&E department, ensuring the team is informed of guests" needs and preferences. - Coordination: Coordinate group check-ins with the reception, ensuring meeting rooms and technical equipment are in order. - Upselling: Encourage and lead the team in maximizing upselling opportunities by being attentive and proactive in enhancing the guest experience. - Leadership and development: Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing M&E Hosts with MEM. Focus on team well-being and eNPS. Qualifications: - Experience in event planning, sales, or similar roles. - Strong communication skills and organizational talent. - Flexibility with working hours, willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
