We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Boys & Girls to join our team and drive in-store and field sales of premium wall décor products including Wallpaper, PVC Panels, WPC Louvers, Glass Bricks, Mouldings , and many more decorative items. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or at client sites. Explain product features, design options, and pricing. Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors. Demonstrate samples and help customers select suitable wall décor items. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness. Prepare daily reports and update the sales database. Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. A flair for interior aesthetics and decoration is a plus. Basic knowledge of wall decor trends and materials preferred. Confidence to approach and engage with customers. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
