📌 Job Description: Civil Engineer – Transmission Line & Switchyard Position: Civil Engineer Experience: 2–6 Years Domain: Transmission Line (TL) & Switchyard Location: As per project requirement Joining: Immediate 🔧 Key Responsibilities Transmission Line (TL) Civil Works: Execute and supervise tower foundation construction (Pad, Chimney, Pile, Raft, Well type etc.). Conduct route surveys, soil investigation coordination , and foundation marking. Ensure excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting as per approved drawings. Monitor tower erection support activities and ensure civil readiness before erection teams start work. Maintain strict quality control (cube testing, slump, materials testing) . Switchyard Civil Works: Supervise equipment foundations , control room building works, cable trenching, drainage, and fencing works. Ensure civil works comply with IS codes, utility standards, and client specifications . Coordinate with electrical teams for equipment installation readiness . 📋 Additional Responsibilities Manage daily site activities and contractor workforce. Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Reports) , material consumption reports, and measurements. Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance on site. Attend client/PMC reviews, inspections, and resolve technical issues. Ensure timely project execution within quality and safety norms. 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience in Transmission Line or Switchyard civil execution is mandatory . Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, QA/QC , and site management. Ability to work in remote site locations. Good communication and coordination skills.
