We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Works Manager to oversee daily operations of our plant/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, maintenance schedules, manpower planning, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and monitor daily workshop/plant operations to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise production processes, machine operations, and allocation of workforce. Coordinate with departments like Quality Control, Design, Purchase, and Stores to meet production timelines. Maintain production schedules and monitor productivity metrics. Troubleshoot production or equipment issues and minimize downtime. Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety practices. Review job orders, work orders, and ensure cost-effective use of materials and manpower. Ensure maintenance of plant machinery and infrastructure in collaboration with maintenance teams. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and workers to achieve operational goals. Maintain documentation for ISO / audit compliance and production reports.
