Role Description This is a full-time on-site EVBV Executive role located in Nagpur. The EVBV Executive will be responsible for verifying Insurance Benefit and patients eligibility. Roles and Responsibilities: Verification of Insurance Coverage (Via Calls/Portals) Verification of Benefits Coverage (Via Calls/Portals) Fluency in English Communication: Proficient in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication in professional settings. Energetic and Proactive: Demonstrates a high level of energy and initiative, consistently engaging in tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Adaptability to Night Shifts: Comfortable working during US night shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST), with a proven ability to maintain productivity and focus during unconventional hours. Desired profile of the candidate * Key Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
