Very bad response, no proper customer care management, contacted for ozotest suger checking machine,everone is giving some phone number, when we contacting they not responding, if you are not interested to Sell your products they why manufacturing and markeTing These equipments.

We are using Maglumi 800 from Medsource. We are so satisfied with the support from both sales and service. Here the technician will be change very frequently but still they very supportive to give a training to new technicians. We got PM visit on time as well as their technician will come and do monthly maintenance in every month.
