Medro Hi-Tech Symbol is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and at least 6 months of hands-on experience to gain practical exposure and contribute to real-world marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Intern will support our marketing efforts by assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies across various channels. Success in this role means actively contributing to increased online visibility, engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, supporting Medro's growth objectives. This role is integral to our marketing team, providing vital support while offering a rich learning environment. Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization. Support on-page SEO efforts, including optimizing meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking. Contribute to off-page SEO strategies, including link-building outreach and competitor analysis. Help implement and monitor local SEO tactics (e.g., Google My Business optimization) and understand principles of global SEO. Track and report on SEO performance metrics (e.g., rankings, organic traffic). Paid Advertising (PPC): Support the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display). Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting and ad creative development. Contribute to the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Help analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-efficiency. Social Media Optimization (SMO): Assist in managing and optimizing Medro's social media profiles to increase visibility and engagement. Contribute to social media content scheduling and community interaction. Monitor social media trends and suggest relevant engagement strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and key digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Help prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities and outcomes. Collaboration & Learning: Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable involvement in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, local, and global SEO techniques. Practical experience with Google Ads platform (campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies). Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram advertising). Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads platform. Understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies. Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. General Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in this field. Education (Preferred): Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
