Job Title: Operations Associate: Medical Report Quality Control (QC) Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka Company Name: MedPiper Technologies Private Limited Job Summary: The calling to the diagnostic center follow-up coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely and eective communication between our healthcare and partner clinics. This position is responsible for daily interactions with the clinics, collecting reports from the clinic for scheduled medical appointments, following up on pending medical reports, and ensuring the quality check of reports. The coordinator will work closely with the reports team. Key Responsibilities Daily Clinic Interaction: Establish and maintain regular communication with assigned clinics to follow up the reports for scheduled medical appointments. Follow-Up on Medical Reports: Proactively follow up with clinics to obtain pending medical reports, ensuring timely delivery to the close the report. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately document all patient follow-up activities, including calls, emails, and report statuses, in the designated system. Collaboration with the Reports Team: Work closely with the reports team to communicate the status of medical reports and address any delays or issues. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the timely retrieval of medical reports. . Educational Qulaification.: Preferably Graduates or candidates with science back ground in 12th. Additional Skills (Preferred) Language skills: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
