About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. 2. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/other accounting software. 3. Prepare and maintain general ledger, journal entries, and trial balance. 4. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable. 5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 6. Prepare GST, TDS, and income tax filings. 7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. 8. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. 9. Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, etc. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and process improvement.
