As a service engineer at Meditech Systems, your core responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and technical servicing of X-ray machines, CR Systems, and C-arm machines. In addition to technical service, you will also play a critical role in driving Annual and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (AMCs and CMCs) by building trust with clients and explaining the benefits of ongoing service support. Install and commission X-ray Systems and C-Arm Machines at healthcare facilities. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and handle emergency breakdowns. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware- and software-related technical issues. Document all service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. Train medical staff on basic operation and upkeep of equipment. Actively promote and secure AMCs/CMCs by engaging with customers, explaining the service benefits, and negotiating terms. Ensure high equipment uptime and customer satisfaction through prompt response. Work closely with the internal team for spare parts and manufacturer support. Travel regularly across Rajasthan and the surrounding regions for field service.
