Role Description This is a full-time, remote role located in Delhi, India for a Regional Business Manager. The Regional Business Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, oversee sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role involves extensive market analysis and the implementation of strategies to drive business growth. Planning, Maintaining, and increasing sales for defined/assigned company’s products. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base Build effective business relationships with regional health care partners and customers. Keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments. Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations vs actual service levels. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Data Analysis & Management – Create list of decision makers, specialties available in each hospital, potential available in market, competitor mapping, current business, and future business numbers etc. Monitor each Business Unit. Create Goodwill with Hospitals and use that goodwill for business opportunities available. Effective Team Management- Develop clear Objectives & KPI of team, supervise operations, conduct regular performance review, identify training requirements, Motivate the team, Candidate must have worked with Govt Institutions (Central, State, Defense, ESIC, CGHS etc) Must have worked in North Region for at least 5 yrs. Knowledge of Tender Business Ideally should have past sales experience in any of the following: Oncology/ Opthomology/ Endocrinology/ Neurology/ Lab Equipment Technical Skills- MS Office Qualifications Proven experience in managing regional sales and business development In-depth understanding of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices market Strong analytical and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the Institutional Segment is an advantage Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Preferred Industry Pharmaceutical /Healthcare Experience Required Min 8 years Locations to be handled Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan
