The Nursing Aide will assist in daily patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring patients' vital signs. The role also involves providing mobility assistance, maintaining patient hygiene, and ensuring comfort. Additionally, the Nursing Aide will support medical staff with procedures and provide necessary documentation for patient care. Qualifications Basic patient care skills including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance Skills in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in patients' conditions Ability to maintain patient hygiene and ensure comfort Basic documentation and record-keeping skills related to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team and follow instructions from medical staff A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Relevant certification or training as a Nursing Aide or similar qualification
