We are looking for energetic and result-driven Tele-Callers to join our team. The role involves attempting 240 calls attempts daily with min 30% connected call ration. Engage with leads based on a given script, summarizing conversations, disposing of leads into our CRM system, and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential leads. Key Responsibilities Make 60-80 connected outbound calls per day as per assigned leads and script. Engage prospects with professionalism, clarity, and confidence. Collect and record accurate information from calls into CRM Summarize each call outcome and dispose of leads as per the defined categories (Hot / Warm / Cold / Not Interested). Ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads to improve conversion chances. Maintain daily call logs, productivity reports, and follow-up schedules. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead. Follow calling guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Good communication skills in English/Hindi Strong listening and objection-handling skills Proven experience as a Tele-Caller / Telesales Executive / Customer Support Executive. Familiarity with using tele-calling CRMs will be an advantage. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
