It is a transformative journey for someone who wishes to: Deep-dive into organizational workings (first 4 weeks are immersive training + shadowing across departments). Engage meaningfully with candidates/students through psychological insight, empathy, and structured conversations. Be the go-to advisor, confidant, and guide for students needing direction – emotionally and academically. Learn the ropes of strategic outreach, influence, and growth engagement (this is not a cold-calling job). Eventually take charge of verticals like user engagement, retention, and community building. You won’t be ‘just’ an intern — you’ll be a founding catalyst contributing to real decisions, owning live operations, and shaping the culture of our mission. What You Will Do Undergo a rigorous 4-week training to understand every system, tool, and philosophy we use Engage in 1:1 calls and communication with leads/students (content + psychology backed approach) Create engaging conversations that build trust, confidence, and long-term commitment Participate in user behaviour analysis, insights building, and growth strategy sessions Shadow the core team in day-to-day decision-making Eventually lead impact-driven outreach conversations and help us scale What We’re Looking For We don’t hire resumes.
