The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Staff Nurse will also assist physicians during examinations and treatments, educate patients and their families on health management, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Qualifications Licensing and certification as a Registered Nurse Experience in cardiology, neurology, nephrology, or pediatrics Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and medical record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following healthcare regulations Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are advantageous Previous experience in a super specialty hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred
