The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or BE in Biomedical with 0 to 3 years of experience. As a Preventive Maintenance Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include system installations, troubleshooting, service, and repair. You will be in charge of performing preventative maintenance and managing regional schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing service calls, managing customer accounts, providing onsite training, managing expenses and spare parts inventory, and ensuring zero breakdowns in the respective region. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and networking skills, good planning and organizational abilities, self-motivation, drive, and initiative. The role also requires flexibility to adapt to changes in products and healthcare systems, along with documentation skills, training management, equipment calibration, sterilization, conceptual skills, and business acumen.
