Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Listen to and accurately transcribe dictated recordings of Radiologists.
Prepare, edit, and format radiology reports (X-Ray, USG, CT, MRI, Mammography, etc.).
Ensure correctness of medical terminology, grammar, and formatting.
Cross-check patient details (name, age, gender, investigation type) for accuracy.
Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for report delivery.
Coordinate with Radiologists for clarifications when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records.
Support front office/lab team in report dispatch when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline .
Certificate/Diploma in Medical Transcription (preferred).
13 years of experience in medical transcription, especially in Radiology, is desirable.
Freshers with strong typing and medical terminology knowledge may also be considered.
