Roles and Responsibility

Accurately and efficiently transcribe medical records with attention to detail.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and concepts.
Provide exceptional guest relations to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
