We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Summarizer/Transcriptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong medical knowledge and transcription skills to accurately summarize patient records and dictations in a structured format. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records and transcribe audio dictations into structured medical summaries.
• Summarize patient histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and other clinical documentation accurately and concisely.
• Ensure the use of correct medical terminology, abbreviations, and formats.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
• Collaborate with internal QA teams and supervisors for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Medical Summarizer.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and diagnostic procedures.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage.
• Excellent listening, typing, and language skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and timely delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
