Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribing cum Coding Trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training aspiring medical scribes on medical terminology, documentation, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and real-time scribing techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of medical scribing, coding practices and the ability to effectively train and mentor students..

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for medical scribes.

Train students on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and EHR documentation.

Provide hands-on training in real-time medical scribing techniques.

Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest medical documentation trends and regulations.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure training content aligns with industry standards.

Conduct mock scribing sessions and evaluations to ensure readiness for live scribing environments.

Requirements :

Minimum of 01 year of experience as a Medical Scribe, Coder or Medical Scribing/Coding Trainer.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems, and clinical workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create and adapt training materials to suit different learning styles.

Prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred.

Certification in medical scribing required.
