Medical Sales & Service Executive (MSSE) / Medical Diagnostic Coordinator responsible for delivering and managing diagnostic services— Home ECG, Holter Monitoring, Extended Patch Holter (14–30 days), and Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) —at home and facility-based locations. The role aims to ensure accurate diagnostics, timely report submissions , and high patient satisfaction , while contributing to service-driven revenue growth . Key Responsibilities: · Visit cardiologists, hospitals, and clinics to prescribe this diagnostic services. · Conduct installation, patient briefing, and removal of Holter, Extended Holter, and ABPM devices. · Ensure proper lead placement , device functionality, and patient compliance . · Upload diagnostic data to Cloud/CRM systems for analysis and reporting. · Liaise with backend teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery. · Maintain cleanliness, operational readiness, and safety of all medical devices. · Deliver patient-centric service , including responding to basic queries. · Maintain detailed records and submit daily/weekly reports . Eligibility Criteria: · Education : B.Sc. or Diploma in Nursing, Paramedical, Biomedical, or related field. · Experience : 1–3 years in field healthcare, diagnostics, or homecare (preferred). · Skills : o Basic knowledge of ECG/Holter/ABPM systems (training provided). o Effective communication in local language and basic English . o Willingness to travel locally (own 2-wheeler & laptop required).
