Medical Sales Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Business Development & Operations Executive to support our growing operations in medical and healthcare supplies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sourcing and pricing Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on payments Communicate professionally with clients regarding product details and timelines Assist in product costing, documentation, and basic compliance activities Support logistics coordination, dispatch tracking, and delivery follow-ups Maintain records, reports, and customer data Work closely with management on business growth initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Good communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Willingness to learn about medical / healthcare products Honest, responsible, and process-oriented mindset Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in logistics, procurement, or healthcare industry Knowledge of tenders, vendor management, or B2B sales Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹72,842.73 per month
