Job Description: Part-Time Medical Representative (Gynecology Focus)

Position: Part-Time Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Flexible within Delhi NCR (field-based role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-networked Medical Representative (MR) to join our team part-time. The role involves engaging with gynecologists, obstetricians, and women’s health practitioners to introduce and promote our fertility and women’s health services. The MR will be responsible for relationship-building, brand awareness, and referral generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists and women’s health practitioners.
• Present and promote fertility and women’s health treatments offered by the clinic.
• Organize and attend doctors’ meetings, CMEs, and local medical events to expand the referral network.
• Provide educational material and updates on new treatment offerings.
• Ensure regular follow-up with doctors for patient referrals and feedback.
• Track outreach activities and report weekly progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred in gynecology/IVF/women’s health).
• Existing network of gynecologists in Delhi NCR is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to commit to part-time work (approx. 3–4 hours/day, flexible schedule)
