Key Responsibilities

• Call on doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across assigned Chennai territory.
• Present product information confidently and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and call target metrics.
• Maintain accurate daily call reports and market feedback.
• Attend regular training, field coaching, and sales meetings.

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates from any discipline; B.Sc, B.Pharm, life sciences graduates preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication in English and Tamil; basic Hindi is a plus.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Chennai; able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, result-oriented, punctual, and coachable.
• Preferably 0–1 year in sales or customer-facing internships, but freshers strongly encouraged.

Compensation and Incentives

• Base salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month depending on location, qualifications, and role.
• Incentives: Uncapped monthly/quarterly incentives and spot bonuses for targets achieved.
• Allowances: Daily travel allowance or mileage reimbursement; mobile and other field allowances as applicable.
