Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Record Reviewer to join our team at Bandi Informatics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records and be able to review them accurately and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibility

Review medical records, including patient information, test results, and treatment plans.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in medical records.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify medical information or resolve issues.
Stay updated with changes in medical terminology and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an asset.
