Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Duties

  • Conduct preliminary health assessments, screenings, and consultations for walk-in patients during camps.
  • Diagnose common conditions and provide guidance, prescriptions or referrals as per company protocols and scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all attendees.

2. Camp Execution & Coordination

  • Travel to the allotted camp locations as scheduled by the organizing Team.
  • Set up clinical stations, ensure availability of medical supplies/equipment and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient camp management.
  • Handle on-ground challenges and support the team in creating a positive patient experience.

3. Patient Education & Engagement

  • Offer health awareness, preventive care advice and condition-specific counselling tailored to the local community.
  • Represent the organization professionally and help build trust in the brand.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all clinical guidelines, infection-control norms and safety protocols.
  • Ensure ethical medical practice and compliance with regulatory standards at all times.
  • Escalate any emergencies or unusual observations to the appropriate authority immediately.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily/weekly reports on camp activities, patient footfall, common conditions seen, and feedback.
  • Track consumption of medical supplies and report replenishment needs.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree (MBBS).
  • Valid registration with relevant medical council/board.

Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Prior exposure to community outreach, health camps or field clinics is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical judgement and patient-handling skills.
  • Should be able to read / analyze ECG, PFT, X rays, Bone Density tests
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and outdoor work environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high footfall situations.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and professionalism.
