This equity-based position is ideal for a female MBBS fresher who is passionate about merging medical expertise with cutting-edge technology. As a co-founder, you will have a crucial role in clinical validation, AI integration, and medical strategy while collaborating with a strong tech and business team. Your responsibilities will include providing medical oversight and expertise in the development and validation of AI-driven healthcare solutions, creating accurate and evidence-based clinical content and protocols, ensuring compliance with Indian and global healthcare regulations for AI-based telemedicine, contributing to the user-friendly and high-quality digital healthcare services, building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and regulatory bodies, and representing TruVita at medical conferences, investor meetings, and industry events. We are looking for a female MBBS fresher who is passionate about digital health, AI, and telemedicine, interested in fusing clinical expertise with technology and business, willing to work in a startup environment with an equity-based compensation structure initially, and ready to take on a leadership role in medical innovation to shape the future of AI healthcare. Joining us means becoming a core part of a high-potential startup that is disrupting healthcare, working on innovative AI-driven solutions that will influence the future of telemedicine, developing skills in AI, healthcare entrepreneurship, and medical leadership, and enjoying a flexible work model in a remote/hybrid setting with a dynamic and collaborative team.
