Develop and implement effective treatment plans for cancer patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in oncology. Mentor and train junior staff members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of oncology and cancer treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Experience: 5 to 30 years of experience in oncology.
