· Abstraction of ICD -10-CM/PCS from Medical Records adhering to IPPS (Inpatient Payment Prospective System).
Identifying DRG types as per payer financial class.
Good Knowledge on Coding Clinics and should have clinical criteria to raise the queries
· HIPAA Compliant for PHI.
· Meeting Minimum Expected Standard Benchmarks (Quality above 98%) (Production above 98% to 100%).
Flexibility on Shifts & Roster weekends as part of Operational Requirement
