MEDICAL CODING IP-DRG TRAINER

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IP-DRG Trainer to deliver effective training on Inpatient DRG coding , including ICD-10-CM , ICD-10-PCS , and DRG grouping logic. The trainer will ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and readiness for real-world hospital billing systems. Education,Experience&Skills: Graduate in Life Sciences or Health Information Management Certified in CIC/CCS (preferred) 3+ years in inpatient coding; 1+ year in training role Strong knowledge of DRG tools and coding systems Good communication and presentation skills Key Responsibilities: Train coders on IP-DRG, MCC/CC logic, and reimbursement models Create training content and case-based exercises Conduct assessments and provide performance feedback Update content per coding and DRG guideline changes Support documentation and coding quality improvement Job Types: Permanent, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
