Were Hiring: Medical Coders (Freshers) Chennai Location

CPC-certified fresher

3.6 LPA during the initial 9 months
4.2 LPA post 9 months (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze clinical statements, diagnoses, and procedures from medical records.
Assign appropriate
ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
codes for medical services.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with
coding guidelines
and
insurance regulations
.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data in line with
HIPAA standards
.
Collaborate with quality analysts and team leads to improve accuracy and productivity.
Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and continuous training programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation in any discipline (Life Science or Non-Life Science streams accepted).
CPC certification (mandatory)
from AAPC.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Excellent analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
Must be from
Chennai
or willing to relocate.
