As a Medical Chart Reviewer at Red Road, you will require a minimum of 2 years of work experience and clinical knowledge. Preference will be given to healthcare BPO professionals with expertise in non-voice processes. A Masters or Bachelors degree in nursing is mandatory for this role. Additionally, candidates should be open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Proficiency in MS Office, basic typing skills (20 WPM), and excellent communication abilities are essential for this position. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
