Position:

Key Responsibilities

Perform
non-voice
charge entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
Enter patient demographics, insurance details, and charge information into billing systems.
Validate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes as documented.
Review superbills/encounter forms for completeness and correctness.
Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met.
Identify missing information and coordinate with internal teams for corrections.
Ensure 100% HIPAA compliance and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
1 year experience
in US Healthcare
Charge Entry / Medical Billing / RCM (Non-Voice)
.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and US insurance types (Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient computer and typing skills.
Ability to work in night shift (if required).
Immediate joiners preferred.
