Duties and Responsibilities

• Filling out Investigation Forms- Accurately complete investigation request forms based on patient needs and doctor’s instructions.
• Entering Reports in Haematology and Biochemistry Sheets: Input lab results and other relevant data into Haematology and biochemistry records, ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Making Discharge Summaries: Assist in preparing discharge summaries by entering investigation results, patient demographics, and other necessary information.
• Working up Files in General OPD: Prepare and organize patient files for general outpatient department (OPD) visits, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Arranging Things for Procedures: Set up equipment and materials required for medical procedures, ensuring everything is in place and ready for use.
• Tumor Board Entries on the Group: Record and enter relevant data discussed during tumor board meetings into the designated group or database.
• Printing and Filing Important Reports: Print and file key reports such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), cytogenetics, and flow cytometry in the patient’s file.
• Checking Blood Products and Making Entries: Verify the accuracy of blood product orders and make necessary entries in the medical records.
• Checking Chemo Consent Forms Post-Counseling: Ensure that chemotherapy consent forms are correctly filled out and signed after patient counseling sessions.
• Discharge Medications Prescription and Forms: Assist in handing over discharge medications and completing related forms, ensuring patients receive all necessary information and prescriptions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
