Medical Aesthetician

Role Overview: As a Medical Aesthetician at our Gurugram location, you will be responsible for performing advanced skincare treatments such as laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, Medifacials, and skin polishing. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client care and consultation by assessing skin conditions, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring client satisfaction through outstanding service. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining client records, contacting clients, ensuring cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, and upholding safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Laser Hair Removal and other hair removal treatments proficiently - Utilize advanced skincare techniques, including Microneedling - Demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish client rapport effectively - Apply healthcare or cosmetic medicine knowledge to enhance treatments (advantageous) - Possess relevant certifications or qualifications in aesthetics (highly preferred) - Maintain a keen eye for detail, focusing on safety, hygiene, and quality of care - Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Qualification Required: - Proficiency in performing Laser Hair Removal and general Hair Removal treatments - Experience with advanced skincare techniques, including Microneedling - Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client rapport - Knowledge in healthcare or cosmetic medicine is an advantage - Relevant certifications or qualifications in aesthetics are highly preferred - Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, hygiene, and quality of care - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment,
