Join our dynamic team at MediaLab 3D Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where creativity meets technology! We are a leading player in the 3D Visualization industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality visual experiences. We are seeking a Architect with 1-5 years of experience in creation of 2D interactive vector floor plans by utilizing client supplied CAD files. Freshers with a growth mindset and with a keen ability to learn can also apply. Key Responsibilities: 2D Vector floor plan creation: This position utilizes client-supplied CAD files and standards documents to create 2D interactive vector floor plans. Create interactive floor plan to be used for brochures, in sales center presentations and ensure all web features display and function correctly . Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams in collaborative & productive manner to ensure alignment on project goals and incorporate feedback effectively. Time & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. This includes organizing tasks and prioritizing projects based on the due dates. Required Skillset: Software Proficiency : Proficiency in utilizing various software tools (e.g., in AutoCAD, Adobe Animate or Adobe Illustrator). A strong understanding of scale, proportion, and perspective is crucial. Artistic Proficiency : Strong understanding of architectural plans & CAD files to create interactive vector floor plans for clients. Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail is necessary to accurately replicate CAD files in a digital format (e.g., .pdf, .png, or .jpg) by following written directions and standards documentation. Technical Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot creative and technical issues as they arise during production, based on project needs. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members across different locations to ensure seamless progress on projects. Qualifications: Graduation: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts is desirable Degree/ Diploma in Architecture / Graphic design, visual communication, or a related field Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
