To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a script writer or content writer and possess strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. Excellent command of English is essential, along with the capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You should also have strong research and editing skills and be familiar with various media formats like film, digital ads, YouTube, and podcasts. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Film, or related fields, experience in creative agencies or production companies, and knowledge of video production processes and storytelling techniques.
