The Infection Control Nurse will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and maintaining infection control policies to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases. Key responsibilities include conducting rounds to assess infection practices, educating healthcare staff on infection prevention strategies, and ensuring compliance with infection-related regulations and protocols. Additionally, the role involves analyzing infection data and reporting findings to healthcare administrators to enhance patient safety. Qualifications Expertise in Infection Control, Infectious Diseases, and related prevention strategies Proficiency in Nursing practices with a focus on infection and patient care Knowledge of Medicine and its applications in infection management Strong analytical, communication, and training skills to educate and collaborate with staff Registered Nurse (RN) license is required; certification in infection control (CIC) is advantageous Experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred Ability to work in an on-site environment and adhere to healthcare safety standards
