Roles and Responsibilities Provide anaesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries, ensuring optimal pain management and patient safety. Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons (CTVS) to develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct pre-operative assessments, monitor patient vital signs during surgery, and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly. Ensure smooth transitions between different stages of surgery by coordinating with other medical professionals involved in the procedure. Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, medications administered, and post-operative outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Medical-MD/DNB or DrNB/DM/Fellow in Cardiac Anesthesiology. 1-6 years of experience as a Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular medicine and anesthesiology principles. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
