Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other platforms. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain CNC machine products and services. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain and update the client database with accurate call and lead records. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals. Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and order processing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
